Ordering Information
Although the website is updated frequently, all paintings and other merchandise are one of a kind originals and are subject to prior sale on a first-come, first-served basis. You must email the artist to check on availability.
Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise noted. The dollar amount of these costs is posted under shipping and handling. These costs include insurance for the full value of the painting to protect your investment.
Payment for paintings can be made by cashier's check or money order payable to the artist. Or you can also use any credit card to purchase a painting or other merchandise through Pay Pal. If you wish to use this option, tell me what you want to purchase, and I will give you a price including shipping and handling, and will send you a bill through Pay Pal. Immediate payment is required through Pay Pal.
The gallery will only ship paintings to a confirmed address. We do not ship to a post office box. Recipient's signature will be required at time of delivery of the artwork for your protection and mine.
To Purchase a Painting...
Since all paintings are offered subject to prior purchase, if you wish to purchase a painting, you must first email the gallery with your request. Be sure to state the - name of the painting you wish to purchase, its website number, it's price and size, and how you plan to pay for the purchase - (check, money order or charge to a credit card - DO NOT send your credit card number).
Upon receipt of your
email, the artist will send you a confirmation email indicating the
availability of the painting, and give you specific instructions on how to make
your payment - by check, by money order or by charge card purchase using
at a secure site. Remember, for your own protection, DO NOT enter your charge card number
on the email form below. It is not secure, and your information would be
available to anyone who could intercept the email.

Remember, your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Many who have seen my artwork frequently say that the colors of the original are much more vibrant than appeared on their computer screen. However, all computer monitors display color differently. If, upon receipt of your painting, you are not satisfied, you may return the painting within 7 days of receipt for a refund of your painting purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You must email the artist for specific return shipping instructions - which include that it must be trackable, insured, and returned at your expense.
I realize it is scary to purchase artwork on-line from someone you don't know.
